We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully despatched to you – and we hope that you’re happy with your purchase.

However, if you need to return your item, you should follow the procedure below. Please note: item must be in its original condition, and returned within 28 days of receipt.

Take your parcel to any Post Office, remembering to obtain a Proof of Posting receipt (this is a free service). You must retain this until you have received refund which will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
